A subscription to lists built from public records (City of Austin permits and plan review records; Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission license applications), filtered to your area and delivered by email with a spreadsheet: a first list on the day you start, then a new list every Monday. We do our best to keep lists accurate and timely, but the records come from government sources, and we do not guarantee that any listing will result in work.
Money back within 30 days: if the service is not worth it to you, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full. For later monthly charges, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that month in full.
We keep your name, business, email address, coverage area and billing records so we can deliver the service. We do not sell your information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Ask us any time to see or delete your information.
If we emailed you and you would rather not hear from us, reply "no thanks" or email us and we will not contact you again.
